Creating a Project

From your workspace dashboard, click + New Project. You can start from a template or a blank project.

Customizing Your Board

The Board view shows your tasks as cards in columns. Each column represents a Status.

Adding & Renaming Columns

Click + Add Status at the right of the board to add a new column. Double-click a column header to rename it.

Reordering Columns

Drag any column header left or right to change the order.

Color-Coding Columns

Click the ⋯ menu on a column → Set color to give it a background color. Useful for marking “Done” as green and “Blocked” as red.

Filters & Grouping

Use the Filter button (top right of any view) to narrow down tasks:

  • Filter by assignee, label, priority, due date, or custom field
  • Combine multiple filters with AND / OR logic
  • Save a filter as a Saved View for quick access

Project Settings

Go to Project → Settings to configure:

  • Name & Description — Shown on the dashboard and in search
  • Access — Public (all workspace members) or Private (invite only)
  • Default View — Which view opens when you enter the project
  • Custom Fields — Add fields like “Story Points”, “Department”, or “External Link”
  • Automations — Trigger actions based on conditions (e.g. “When status = Done, notify Slack”)
