Email Templates allow you to fully customize the emails Taskip sends on your behalf. This gives you control over tone, branding, and messaging across all automated communications.
When a custom template is enabled, it replaces the default system email. If you deactivate it, Taskip automatically falls back to the built-in template.
Overview
Email templates are grouped into two categories:
- Client Emails
- Team Notifications
- My Templates (your custom-created templates)
Each template can be customized independently.
How It Works
- Choose an email type (e.g., Invoice Sent, Support Reply)
- Click Customize
- Edit the content (subject + body)
- Save and activate the template
- Taskip uses your version instead of the default email
To revert back, simply deactivate the custom template.

Deactivation
You can deactivate any custom template at any time:
- Switch off customization → system default resumes immediately
Notes
- Changes apply only to future emails
- Existing sent emails are not affected
- Some system emails may require mandatory fields for proper delivery
