Using Taspi

Opening the panel

Click Taspi’s brain icon (top bar, or inline on a record) to slide open the chat panel. Every fresh, unscoped conversation greets you by name with a short status line, for example how many invoices, tasks, or leads you have, and four quick-action cards you can click instead of typing. Opened from a specific record instead, the greeting and quick actions are about that record, for example opening it from a lead offers “Suggest a follow-up”, “Add a note”, or “Convert to contact”.

A conversation, step by step

  1. Ask for something

Type in plain language and press Enter (Shift+Enter for a new line), or click a quick-action card. For example:

    • “Create invoice for Acme Inc.”
    • “Show unpaid invoices”
    • “Move the Acme deal to the next stage”
    • “Show open tickets”
  2. Watch it think

While Taspi works, a live list of steps builds up above its reply (for example looking up a client, then drafting the invoice), each one checked off as it completes. Once the reply is ready, this collapses to a single line like “3 steps taken” that you can expand any time to see what it actually did.

  3. Confirm anything that changes data

Creating, sending, or updating something always stops for your confirmation first, nothing is created or sent silently. You’ll see a card headed “Ready to [action]” with a one-line summary of what’s about to happen, and Confirm / Cancel buttons. Sending or replying to an email gets a fuller preview card instead, with the actual subject and body so you can read before it goes out. Actions Taskip considers destructive (like deleting something) are shown with a red accent instead of the default blue, so they stand out. If one request needs several confirmable steps, each one is labeled “#2 this request”, “#3 this request”, and so on, so you can tell how many are left.

  4. Get a typed result card

Once confirmed (or for read-only requests, immediately), Taspi replies with a card shaped for what you asked about, an invoice card shows the invoice’s number, client, amount, and line items; a dashboard-stats card shows revenue, contacts, and leads up top with paid/unpaid, completed/pending, and open/closed breakdowns underneath. Leads, contacts, companies, projects, tasks, and quotations each get their own card in the same style. Anything without a dedicated card layout still gets a readable generic result card, nothing is dropped silently.

Conversation history

Click the history icon in the panel header to see your past conversations, each with a preview of the last message, when it was updated, and how many messages it has. Click one to reopen it where you left off, or click New chat to start fresh. The refresh icon in the header also starts a new conversation without leaving the history view.

Credits

The panel header shows how many AI credits you’ve used this billing period (or an infinity icon if your plan is unlimited). Credits refresh after every response so the count is always current.
