Navigate to Quotation Settings.

3. Click the General Tab
Open the General tab under Quotation Settings.

Customization Options

Quotation Number Prefix
Set a prefix to appear before the quotation number, such as QT-, QUOTE-, or TASK-.

Quotation Number Format
Define your format using dynamic placeholders:
